VFAPU Charity Run
As a treasured UNESCO World Heritage Site, Victoria Falls and its beautiful surrounds are a flourishing haven of local flora and fauna. In recent times however, the area has become subject to increasing instances of poaching, which have placed this beautiful location under threat.
We will be hosting a VFAPU Charity Bridge Run on Saturday 30 March 2012 in support of the Victoria Falls Anti-Poaching Unit (VFAPU). Established in 1999, the VFAPU consists of a team of dedicated individuals working with local officials to combat all forms of poaching in the area. To date, they have made great progress in helping to protect the natural heritage of this unique ecosystem for generations to come.
