Itinerary:

Friday 27 April:

Lunchtime : Guests arrive at Livingstone Airport with 1Time Airlines from Johannesburg and transfer to Elephant Hills Resort via air-conditioned bus.
Afternoon: Reception welcomes guests with a booklet and complimentary gift pack, followed by check in.
Evening: Dinner at Elephant Hills will also be available, or do one of Victoria Falls world renowned activities including helicopter tours, game drives, boat cruises, bungi jumping, elephant or lion walks or simply a tour of the majestic Victoria Falls. Special prices will be available for tournament attendees..

Saturday 28 April:

Morning: Guests begin the day with a leisurely breakfast at Elephant Hills Resort.
Mid Morning: The 1st round of the Golf Tournament tees off at Elephant Hills Golf Course.
Evening: An African themed dinner party is hosted at Mapopoma Pools, Elephant Hills Resort.

Sunday 29 April:

Morning: Guests enjoy breakfast at Elephant Hills Resort, followed by the final round of golf tee off at mid to late morning on the Elephant Hills Golf Course.
Afternoon: Guests meet at Victoria Falls Station at 16h15 and depart on the Sunset Bridge Run aboard the Victoria Falls Steam Train. Champagne and canapés are served.
Evening: Guests return to a red carpet welcome at Victoria Falls Station, followed by a final gala dinner and prize giving hosted in The Livingstone Room at Victoria Falls Hotel
Late evening: A glamorous casino after party at Elephant Hills Casino will keep guests entertained until late into the evening.

Monday 30 April:

Guests enjoy breakfast at Elephant Hills Resort and then depart for Livingstone Airport and their flight back to Johannesburg.
