Ticket Disclaimer

Purchase and or use of this ticket signifies agreement to the following:

-All tickets are subject to availability.
-This ticket must be presented upon boarding the train.
-Purchase of a ticket enables one passenger to board the train.
-All children must be accompanied by an adult when riding the train. Children under 3 do not require a ticket. This last point is mentioned under Rates, does it need to be repeated here?
-This ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid for the time/date purchased only and cannot be negotiated or re-sold.
-This ticket is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
-Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted.
-This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket.
-Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue and applicable laws.
-No refunds/exchanges.
-Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event.
-Ticket user consents to use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the journey by management.
-Departure times may be subject to change without notice.
